10. Legal Aspects

10.1 – Regulatory Compliance:

Strategies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

To ensure effective compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to our company, Battery Net App, we implement a series of strategies and measures in compliance with the main international and local regulations. These regulations include, but are not limited to, the following:

10.1.1 – Know Your Customer (KYC) y Anti-Money Laundering (AML):

This includes collecting and validating official identity documents and conducting background checks.

10.2.1 – Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the Battery Net App LLC Initial Coin Offering (ICO) ( the “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By participating in the ICO, you agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

 

10.2.2 – Definitions

  • ICO: Initial Coin Offering in which digital tokens are issued.
  • Token: Represents a unit of value issued by the Company under the ICO, referred to as BNA COIN.
  • Participant: Person who acquires Tokens during the ICO.

 

10.2.3 – ICO Description

The ICO aims to issue BNA COIN to finance the second part of the project, which is detailed in the following points:

  • 6.1.6.1 – ICO (Initial Coin Offering): Detail of the purpose of the ICO.
  • 6.2 – Use of Funds: Plan for the use of the funds raised.
  • 6.3 – ICO phases: Description of the different stages of the ICO.

 

The ICO will start on January 15, 2025, and end on April 15, 2025.

 

10.2.4 – Eligibility

To participate in the ICO, you must:

  • Be of legal age in their jurisdiction.
  • Not be a resident of the following countries where participation in ICOs is prohibited: Bangladesh, China, Algeria, Nepal, South Korea, Morocco, Ecuador, Bolivia.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

 

10.2.5 – Participation Process

To participate in the ICO, you will need to:

  • Complete the registration and identity verification process in accordance with our KYC (Know Your Customer) policies.
  • Send funds to the address specified for the acquisition of Tokens.
  • Accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

 

10.2.6 – Token Price and Distribution

  • Token Price: The price of BNA COIN during the ICO will be $0.10 per token.
  • Distribution: Tokens will be distributed to cryptocurrency addresses provided by Participants once the ICO has been finalized and all transactions have been verified.

 

10.2.7 – Rights and Limitations

  • No Guarantee of Return: The Company does not guarantee any return on investment. Tokens are provided “as is” and the value may fluctuate.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the ICO.

 

10.2.8 – Regulatory Compliance

The Company is committed to complying with the following regulations:

  • KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering): We implement procedures to verify the identity of our Participants and prevent money laundering.
